Feb.24th: Nothing
but Nets
Did you know
that one child dies in Africa from Malaria every 30 seconds? Malaria is the number one cause of
death in children, but not efforts are underway to change that. The United
Methodist Church has partnered with several other organizations with the goal
of stamping out this deadly disease.
All it takes is a $10 insecticide-treated bed net to save a family of
four. This mission presents an
opportunity for agents to say their work has truly saved lives.
What to
bring: Begin saving money to purchase a bed net for Nothing but Nets.
