Bethlehem Marketplace is coming!
December 9th & 10th
We just want everyone to be aware that we are planning to hold Bethlehem Marketplace on Friday and Saturday, December 9th and 10th in the evenings. Just as with Vacation Bible School, this is a church-wide event and people and families of all ages are needed to make this a successful and fun-filled ministry for our entire community. Please think about how you might use your spiritual gifts and sweet-spots to help. People are needed for set-up the weekend of December 3rd and 4th and for disassembly during the afternoons/evenings of December 11th–15th. People are also needed to portray characters in Bethlehem marketplace, to greet guests, to assist with costume distribution, to provide donations of food for the fruit and vegetable booth, to create flyers, to build, drive and participate in the annual Athens-Clarke County parade (which will be an awesome way for us to advertise this event to the community).
