"Encounters with John Wesley"

A Twelve Week Study Based on Stephen Tomkins’ "Biography of John Wesley".

 

Offered is a twelve week study (+ introduction) based on the 2003 biography of John Wesley by Stephen Tomkins along with a video entitled: ‘Encounters with John Wesley’. Lessons will include an easy reading assignment and a weekly class session on Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 7:45 PM at Tuckston UMC, with a video presentation and discussion of the assignment and video. Tompkins’ book is currently available on www.Amazon.com for about $12 in new paperback, $10 in Kindle version, and less than that for used paperbacks. This study is offered as an introduction to the life, times, and accomplishments of the founder of Methodism. Classes will begin with an Introduction on Wednesday, February 6th and continue into May 2013.
