Kids Ministry @ TUMC

Jesus has a special place in His heart for kids. Tuckston Kids' ministry creates opportunities for children to connect to the Gospel so that they may grow in loving God and loving others. Foundations at Tuckston are built in love, scripture, prayer, worship, and service in a caring and nurturing environment.

Sunday Mornings

Children's Church 8:45 AM & 11 AM

Children's Church 8:45 AM & 11 AM Children grades K-2nd learn through Godly play in centers that expand on the current Sunday school theme. We believe that it is important for children to participate in congregational worship. Please have your K-2nd grader attend worship with you and transition to children's church at the given time.

Sunday School at 10 AM

Children in preschool through 5th grade experience a time of worship in a large group setting, then break up into smaller grade level groups for Bible based lessons that they can apply throughout their week.

Nursery available 9 AM to noon.

Children ages 6 weeks to preschool are welcomed in our nursery by professional caregivers. Please leave your diaper bag stocked with diapers and a bottle if needed. Snacks will be provided for children who are eating solid foods. Nursing mothers are also welcome to utilize the nursery or Children's Ministry staff office for nursing as needed.

Please check your child in at the "Children's and Youth" entrance

Kids On A Mission

Wednesdays from 6:15-7:15 PM following Wednesday Night Supper seasonally. K- 5th graders explore the commandment to love our neighbors through scripture, learning activities, and service experiences. Some projects include adding items to our Little Pantry, packing chemo kits for local cancer patients, making cards for nursing home residents, and praying for our church and community.

Club 345

Club 345 provides an opportunity for 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders to experience fun and fellowship with a message through team building activities, Bible study, cooperative events with other churches, and retreats scheduled throughout the year. This is a great chance for your child to bond with friends and prepare for Tuckston Youth.
